Ryobi RYi2322
The current Bluetooth Ryobi, aimed at people already living in the 18V ONE+ ecosystem. It makes 1,800 running and 2,300 starting watts, weighs 52 lbs and has a built-in CO sensor, an LCD showing fuel level and remaining run time, and the GenControl app that shows the same numbers over Bluetooth. Owners use it as a campsite and short-outage unit for a fridge, lights and a router. The app and the wheels with extending handle are what people like; the complaints are price and the lack of a 30A outlet. At $699 it costs more than a WEN or DuroMax with more output and more outlets, and it has only two 120V outlets and no RV port, so the buyer is paying for the app and the brand. Ryobi publishes no decibel rating. The RYi2322E adds an electric start that uses an 18V ONE+ battery for $849.
