Best forBuyers who want a lighter 2kWh unit for fridge, sump and electronics backup and do not plan to expand later.

Jackery's answer to the 2kWh buyer who wants a quiet, lighter unit and does not need to expand. 2,042Wh in a 39.5 pound body is notably lighter than most 2kWh rivals, and the handle-top design carries it better than the usual brick. The 2,200W inverter with 4,400W surge starts a fridge, a sump pump or a window air conditioner, and a bypass mode passes wall power through when it is plugged in, which makes it behave like a UPS. The 1.75-hour wall charge and the quiet mode get the praise; the complaint is that it is not expandable: Jackery's own FAQ points expansion shoppers to the 2000 Plus, which costs more. Three AC outlets and no 240V or 30A port means it cannot feed a transfer switch. Jackery lists it at $999 and runs a promotion most weeks; at the sale price it is competitive with the Anker and Bluetti 2kWh units.
